the contractor told me that it would be a charge for them to come out and I agreed on that $89.00 but he never disclosed that would be $189.00 just for him to assess the problem. he wasted time trying to find something wrong with a hot water heater that was working because the water was not coming from the hot water heater. He left not turning my water back on and the hot water heater not lite. which I had to call someone else out that night, then he next day. I ended up paying them over $200 to do nothing but leave me in a worst position then they found me. He was rude and was yelling at me. Terrible service and a rip off. You need to disclosure the true charges before you come out and not waste time talking and going outside doing nothing. I just threw away money. Unsatisfied. I will be posting this in our community association newsletter.

Real Plumbers came to my assistance after previous plumber had did a botch job on my furnace during the cold weather. I called Real Plumbers and they were here within days and fixed the furnace. I'm very please with the profession job that was done. Also I am recommending Real Plumbers to other patrons. Again Thank you for being REAL Plumbers.

The service man was very nice - HOWEVER Real Plumber totally ripped me off. I am a woman, and they knew I had company flying in that evening, and I had NO hot water. They charged me $724.00 for a part that is $80.00 at Home Depot and labor. If I was not in the situation I was in, I would have NEVER paid that much. Do NOT recommend.

From start to finish these guys are complete sacks of garbage!!! The people doing the work are great. But sadly I can find people cheaper off face book market place to do the same work!!! It’s the guys running the show that are thieves!!! My issue was a warranty issue, The company holding the warranty directed me to Real plumbers. All costs were covered under the manufacturer warranty. (FYI I’m in construction and have a bunch of plumbers That could have checked the water heater for me way cheaper then they’re $89 service fee but I just decided to go with the warranty company to follow protocol) I should’ve known not to give them my credit card number but their Receptionist simply said that it’s just in case there’s some fixes that need to be done that are out of warranty. They did nothing but simply run water at my house no issues were found but yet they charged me $89. At first the plumbers on site said they were going to charge me but after talking to their manager I explain to them this all should be covered underneath the 1 yr warranty. After an intense phone conversation with tHe manger yelling at us, he said he was going to go back and listen to the phone conversation I had with their Receptionist. Shortly after he called back and said we won’t charge us. Three days later they charge me no phone call or email to say they were. This company has my credit card on file they simply stole money from me!!!! In order to run someone’s card they should talk to you first, send an email anything to notify you that they will be charging you. Call other people before using them. If you have a warranty issue and they give you real plumbers to handle the work ask for another company that can handle it because most likely they will charge you for everything without you even knowing!!!

I have been a customer of Dave Warner's Real Plumbers for 17 years. He and his team have always provided the best service. They have always taken care of my plumbing and HVAC issues. They replaced my HVAC too. I know that Real Plumbers are honest and trustworthy. They fully explain what they are doing and why a repair needs to be done. They always look for the best way to satisfy the customer. I'm moving out of the area and will need to find a new plumber. I hope they are like Real Plumbers. They are a hard act to follow. Shout out to my man Kevin who always did his best! Cheers, Andy Magill
