Jeff Klemp is amazing. We have purchased our camper and several vehicles for Browns and Jeff has always made the experience joyful and easy. He always understood and worked with us on what we could afford as well as what we wanted. We will continue to go back because of such great service.

Jeff Klemp and Grant Hooker did a wonderful job in helping me trade in my old truck for a used truck.  They were very courteous and wonderful to work with.  I would definitely recommend Browns to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

In my opinion you will not find a better buying experience anywhere else! Angie, Grant, and Jeff are the best people you will ever deal with. Grant will go above and beyond to get you the most money for your trade and the best possible finance rate!!! I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else other than Brown's. I bought a 2013 Ford 150 from them and we have been looking to replace my wife's car as well. I will definitely be buying from Brown's. A+ organization!!!!! Thank you for my truck.

I was very happy with my purchase of my 2018 Chevy Traverse.  I ordered my vehicle to have exactly what I wanted.  Couldn't believe how quickly I received my vehicle.  Shout out to Jeff Klemp and Grant Hooker in helping me with my purchase and the financing.  I was very pleased with how everything went so smoothly and that Grant outdid himself in getting me the best rates and financing.  I'll be back!

INTERNET CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!  In late August my wife found a 2015 ford flex online at Browns in Guttenberg.   We drove from Waterloo to look at it but could not come to a deal.  We did some checking and found that their price was actually very good, my wife loved the car so she called and setup a date to go back and purchase the car.  When we had initially looked at it they said that all the scratches and scrapes would be fixed for their asking price which we agreed to pay.  My wife scheduled  a date to return and purchase the car reminding them that the bodywork needed to be done, they said it would be.  When we arrived to pickup the car the scrapes and chips were still there.  They acted like it was no big deal, apologized and then wanted to keep the car and deliver it to us.  My wife was very upset having some trips planned and wanting to drive her new car we opted for them coming to us and fixing the car.  Appointments they scheduled to do the repairs were canceled due to their body shop being backed up then................. NOTHING, we were forgotten.  I emailed them through their website................NOTHING.  Its now November.  BOTTOM LINE, if you are an internet customer think twice, anyone can sell you a car but if you need service after the sale buying local may be the way to go.   We got a (We owe you) document signed at the time of purchase so I guess now I will get the work done locally and send them the bill.  Ill let you know how that goes.
