Updated review (Sept): We went back to buy another vehicle and worked with Susan again. She was excellent, 5 stars, she had the vehicle info pulled when we arrived and was very happy to see us again. We also worked with Chris, again, on the financing. He was great this time, 4.5 stars, he listened, answered our questions and the transaction was smooth. (Aug) Our salesperson, Susan was excellent, 5 stars, she was very helpful and fun to work with. She spent time with us showing the car and it's features and worked with us on the price. The finance person, Chris, 1 star, was frustrating, not helpful, changed the terms of our agreement without asking us first, ran our credit 4 times, and when we called back with questions, still didn't give us the information we needed. We only bought our car because of Susan.

Sketchy dealer! I contacted them in regards to a vehicle they have on the lot. After getting answers to a few of my question I was told the vehicle was in great mechanical shape and it passed their multy point inspection. Being from out of state I asked what I'd have to do for them to hold the vehicle until this weekend, I was told there was $1000 non-refundable deposit. I asked to get a copy of the AutoCheck or Carfax report and was told that it will be e-mailed to me shortly. 6 house later still nothing. Called back and requested it again and still nothing. Next day I called and talked to a different sales person. At this time I was told that there is no deposit required and that they can hold the vehicle for me. I asked again for the vehicle report and out the door price. 1/2 day later still nothing. Called back and asked again for the report. Guess what? still nothing. 12 hours later I got ahold of one more sales person thay again did not send me the report. By this time I already had that bad feeling in my stomach so I decided to get my own copy of the AutoCheck report. It turns out the vehicle was a LEMON. It was a DEALER BUY BACK due to major engine issues. The dealer was trying to get $1000 non-refundable down payment and make me drive 300 miles for a LEMON. I advise everyone to look somewhere else for their next purchase.

We have worked with Jason Anderson twice now, purchasing two different vehicles from him. On both occasions, and the reason we stick with him, is because of the stellar customer service that he offers. Brad Deery Motors offers great pricing on their vehicles, but Jason is a big reason we keep coming back. On our most recent purchase, Jason drove the vehicle we were interested in over to us because he knows how extremely busy we are with our businesses. This was such a load off our plate to receive that level of service- and we ended up purchasing the vehicle from him. Sales people can tend to miss the fact that relationship building and offering great customer service is a higher priority than just making the sale- it's what keeps your customers coming back. We appreciate all that Jason has done for us in the purchase of our vehicles and will be back again soon. We highly recommend him!

Buyer beware! I purchased a used vehicle (2014 Durango) from Deery Motors only to later find out the vehicle has been in an accident. I was told this vehicle was never in an accident, but that turns out to not be true. Was told they don't look at body damage when they buy a vehicle, but only check the oil and do general inspection and can only go by the AutoCheck system. I feel lied to and duped....

So we found a vehicle we wanted, started dealing with TWO sales managers, sent in the trade in evaluation, photos, even set a date with them to come get the new vehicle. Since we live 350 miles away, we couldn't just hop over and do the deal right then. We were hoping to get the majority of the work done by phone and e-mail. Everything was going good, got the approval to take time off from work, was so excited to get it and then we get an e-mail saying that the vehicle had just been sold. REALLY!?! SOLD IT!?! So I guess it's who can sign the fastest. On the upside, I'm guess I'm glad we didn't drive 8 hours only to have them tell us the vehicle had been sold a week ago.
