I just had an amazing customer experience here. Thank you Dan!  I received a pair of shoes from Browns as a gift. After a few months they had a manufacturing defect. No fault of Browns. Dan helped me return them with no problem and ordered me a new pair.  Thank you.

The manager was very nice and SOOOO very helpful! the manager had told me if there is an issue bring them back in. This is the kind of service I'm use to at Browns. 5 stars! The sole was pulling away from the upper (I think it's called), so I was concerned and took them back for an exchange or refund. The guy I talked to, with a beard told me that it was normal and no big deal. Never offered an exchange or refund. So I asked, he said, well,I guess we could check one of our other local stores and see if we could get another pair for you, and we'll call you back. Ummm I'm pretty sure this is the ONLY local browns shoe store. He told me you may as well keep them and wear them. It's been a week and no call back. Too bad there aren't more people like the manager working there. I will be going back for a refund and going elsewhere for shoes. It's too bad that they will be losing a life long customer (i've been going to browns since my 2nd or 3rd pair of shoes) because of someone who obviously lies to customers.

I have been in this store multiple times and each time have been met with hostile and rude employees. I was told today, after asking the sales person for my size...10...that they don't have my size in anything.  She never even looked. In times past I have always spent  many hundreds of dollars here, but i will take my money elsewhere after the rudeness today. Obviously customer service is not a priority.

Great shoe store. It is organized and clean. I did not find it hard to find what I am looking for. If have a chance, I will certainly come back here.
