I was treated so good. It's unreal that this type of customer service is still offered this day and age. I learned that a good boot is worth it's value, it takes a few years of not having to keep buying new boots to see what the ROI is on a pair of Red wings.

I go to this store all the time. Friendly, respectful, and helpful..... I am rough on my boots in my current job which I put my Red Wings to the test everyday. I have had great advice for which type of boots and extra add-ons that are fit for the job and also able to bring them in bi-weekly to get inspected and oiled with such a quick turn around. They have gone the extra mile over and over to please me. This store is such a pleasure to work with.

Personally I had a really good experience here. Michelle(Assistance Manager) helped me with all my questions and concerns. Even helped me keep my boots in my affordable budget. Highly recommended her! She went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be me more happy. Thank you!

Can't speak for all employees but pat the owner is as rude as they come didn't honor what we were told over the phone and was just rude also rude to a guy in front of us. He went as far as followed us to our truck.will be driving to Pueblo store today to spend our money on red wing boots never again will I step foot in that store.took our complaint to our employer who issue gift certificates to red wing .with any luck they will put there money into a boot company who cares about their customers.
