Excellent results in my experience. About a year ago I had a plantar neuroma (ouch!) which was severely disabling (not good for someone who loves walking and hiking). The only option my podiatrist gave was (gulp) an unpredictable surgical one. I went to two local running stores and asked them for advice, and both gave me one word: "Valentine." So I visited. Shawn took considerable time to assess my foot and came up with a custom orthotic that did the trick (along with exercises and common sense). It was like getting a new foot! I haven't had any problems since then so figured it's time to write a review.

The staff at Valentines are knowledgeable and professional. They want to make sure you are satisfied before you leave.
Today, Carol attended to me. She made sure not only was I pleased with my shoes, but also with my orthotics.
I wear Brooks, 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. This last pair lasted about 1 1/2 years.
I highly recommend Valentines Comfort Shoes. Thank you.

When my Dad had a recommendation to head to Valentine, we went the next day.  The service we received was terrific!  Nowadays, to expect the same level of service with buying shoes cheaper online doesn't exist.  Comfort before price when it comes to shoes!  I expected and paid for quality and comfortable shoes.  Thank you!

Only wonderful things to say about Valentines Comfort Shoes.   I have so much trouble finding shoes due to a foot I broke several years ago.  I have searched all over town when someone recommended Valentines.   They are wonderful people.  They have you try on the shoes and the walk around in it for several min to make sure they are comfortable .   The customer service is the best in town.  I always recommend them to anyone who asks me where a good shoe store is!

Fantastic, personalized service. I only shop there about once every 6 months, and they remember me. They keep a file for every  customer. They know my feet, and they customize arch supports for all of my shoes. Very high quality shoe selection, but obviously reflected in the prices. 90% of the shoes that I own come from Valentines.
