I was there just this past week and I found a shoe that I really liked. I asked an employee if the shoe was on sale because there were other shoes, same brand and same style, that were on sale. He told me that the only shoes that are on sale have a red sale tag and left it at that. I was disappointed because when I got home I went onto their website and the shoe that I wanted was on sale. I work in a shoe store and I know people make mistakes, I’ve made mistakes. But if it were me, I would’ve double checked the price for that customer. I’ve always bought shoes from this location but because of the customer service, I will gladly shop at another location hoping to find better customer service.

Just had the worst customer experience! Have been on the famous footwear loyalty program for years. I buy at least a couple pairs of shoes every year for the kids. All of a sudden there's no 10th pair free and none of my previous purchases transferred to their new point program. No more famous footwear, I am leaving you for someone else!

They know how to really give wonderful professional yet friendly customer service. They provided me with all the help I needed and others but nobody felt neglected,  on the contrary I felt this southgate store actually valued me.   I will return again,  & again for this type of service even if I have to drive aross town to get it. The store on Powers needs to take serious lessons from this southgate store's professionalism,  personable tailored kindness, and aid with genuine kindness.
