Scheduled an appointment for noon.  Came in, was told that I could have the work done by the time they close.  Was called back an hour later telling me that Bryan wasn't in, and that they couldn't do any of the work aside from an oil change.  Was charged $40 (outrageous!) for the oil change and sent packing.

I had to reschedule meetings, and really go out of my way to make this appointment.

Was told it wasn't Bryan's fault because he was called in by the police to do some work for them.  Sorry:  if you cannot manage to keep your appointments, you do not deserve to stay in business.

I am glad I am paid on a salary, and that this didn't cost me a days wages.  I cannot imagine how furious I would be if that was the case.

Stopped in just to see if they had jumper cables I could use to help a lady that needed a jump at the library,  I thought the guy was going to turn me away but he let me use them and he also showed me how to use them. He was very respectful and polite.

How Bryan doesn't have 5 stars is beyond me.  He and his entire staff are friendly and helpful.  Beyond that they are honest.  I always feel comfortable taking my car up there, knowing that the call I get is going to be a straight forward no BS answer on what is wrong and the value of fixing it.  Don't know that I'll ever trust another mechanic with my vehicles!

Bryan is super friendly and knowledgeable, also fairly speedy. A great local business that is often hosting car washes for the local school sports teams and choir fundraisers.
