I love Buca for what it is, a fair to middling American Italian restaurant. I think they are at their best when you are with a group and the bigger the group, they better, 8-10 is my sweet spot there.

The food is better than Olive Garden, but not as good as Maggiano's; take that for what it is worth.

The staff is terrific, always friendly and helpful.

Food was good, but not great, on par with Olive Garden. Service was not great and you could tell the waitress didn't care because she had guaranteed gratuity (we were a large party). Don't bother to separate your check if you want to use a coupon, because they will only apply it to one part of your group. Made our wedding SO special...

Fantastic experience. There was a large crowd outside so we were afraid the wait would be long. But staff got people through quickly and we were seated in less than estimated time. Our server was Simon and he was kind and courteous. He was quick and knowledgeable of the menu. Food was great. Ordered linguine with seafood...Small to share but very tasty.

If you're in Anaheim, you CANNOT miss a perfect meal at Buca di Beppo. I especially loved the warm, inviting atmosphere, complete with decor that looks like a trip back in time in a little museum. So many pictures and artifacts will leave you looking around for more. The wait staff is SUPERB!!! They made me feel very welcome, showed me around, and welcomed me in the most sincere way. When I come back here next year, there is no question I'll be back for their lasagna. It. is. just. awesome! Thank you for making me feel so welcome!!! CHEERS!!!

First of all, this place is right in the heart of all the vacation spots - Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, hotels, etc.

The food is plentiful - large portions - and good!  The dining experience is akin to a big family meal.  Good for kids also and there is plenty of parking.

I wish it were not quite so noisy but that is just the 'curmudgeon' in me speaking.

Worth a visit - you can thank me later.
