My boyfriend and I just went in there to browse and try things on and then within a matter of 10 minutes, 4 different people asked if we needed help. Just let people shop and don't bother them. If people need help, they'll ask. And when you're in the dressing rooms, they'll ask if you need a certain size. It's almost as if they're pressuring you just to make commission off of you. Not the most professional thing to do in retail. Don't make decisions for people. Let them make decisions for themselves.

I stopped in 09/07/16 around 6PM to buy a couple pair of Tyler jeans because my usual pair were getting very tattered. I was first greeted by a pleasant woman (Natalie) who helped me find the area for Tyler jeans. After trying a few and not really being happy with my own choices she suggested a different cut being the "Ryan." I've been buying Tyler jeans for 15 years so I was hesitant, but as simple as one might think jeans are she was very knowledgeable so I gave it a shot. They ended up fitting way better so I bought 2 pairs. Natalie was pleasant, not pushy, informative, and a delight to work with you. I'm not a fan of shopping for clothes for myself, but that was easy.

I had an extremely pleasant visit to this Buckle.  I went in there thinking that I'd only get clothes for my grandson and my daughters, but turns out I found a few shirts of my own!  Definitely would recommend this store; I realize that no one greeted me right away, but that was only because they were so busy!  I knew I shouldn't complain about that.  Also, when you're in there, be sure to ask specifically for Nikki, or Collin, or Ashley, because they are the absolute best to talk to, they made everything so much easier!  Thank you than you thank you!!!

Worst buckle ive been in all the girls in that store dint help me i had to ask and all they did was try on clothes and ignored every one worst store ever
