I have never had problems with their boots or service

This afternoon we went to this location for a warranty on my boots. I had done my homework online, and knew the warranty terms. When I called red wing directly, they confirmed what I had thought. The sole had begun to delaminate from the boots, and they were only 7 months old. The have a 12 month warranty. 
When we arrived at the store, the employee said that they have a pro rated warranty, and could only give a partial store credit, or mail them in for a resole. I stated that he was wrong, and I had called red wing prior, and knew the warranty terms. He stated he knew the warranty, and I was wrong. At that point, I decided I wasn't going to deal with him anymore, and told him I would call them and deal with them directly.
The phone rep I got when I called was great. I explained the situation, and my experience at the saint cloud store. The phone rep asked me to e-mail him a picture of the defect. Within 9 minutes of me dialing them, he had a pair ordered for me, no charge.
I will never go to the saint cloud store again. The guy I dealt with was rude, and I believe was the manager.

poor customer service. $200 boots leaked and they did not offer any kind of service to address the problem. Red wings used to mean high quality. Not anymore!

Husband ordered boots a week ago Friday, (5/19/17) and still no boots.  Been calling the store and the phone is constantly busy,
