Nick Smith was the best! My sister had a hard time deciding what she wanted and he was very patient and helped her out a ton. During the endless wait for my sister to find her shoes, and due to Nick’s excellent customer service I ended up buying two pairs of shoes myself. I’ll definitely be back! :
Hands down some of the best customer service I have encountered. I had to coordinate an exchange from a faulty shoe and they were very polite and helped me get an exchange. 10/10 would recommend!
Best service ever! I have a sorta wide foot and could never fit my foot into a dr marten shoe and they made it possible! I’ve been dreaming of these shoes for years and i’m so excited to show up to school in these shoes!

Im a previous customer love thw bull boxer brand. Went in today found a pair I liked and the guy wouldn't stop cleaning to help me. He spoke to me, i said i like this pair. Guess he didnt hear me. Clean when there are no custoners in the store. Lost a sale.
She helped me find a super comfy pair of boots and they have the best sole inserts. Walking on clouds.
