I had a wonderful experience getting all suited-up for my best mans wedding here! The store manager, Mike, was incredible nice and helpful and he now knows me by my first name. The registry set up by the groom was set up at a different location across the state and had a bunch of errors, so Mike personally called the groom and got everything sorted out for everybody on his registry. Even with the stores out dated 1985 IBM computer system, Mike was able to troubleshoot all our problems, AND get us 40% off on the shirt and pants that the groom had originally wanted. Pleasant experience!

Just got measured for a tux here for a wedding, and literally all of the items had something wrong with them.  The jacket arms were 2 inches too short, the pants were 2 inches too big in the waist and several inches too long.  Now they are charging me extra to get things altered. They will waste your time and money. Avoid this place and company if at all possible.

I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with this branch of Men's Wearhouse was really unfortunate and dishonest. My husband and I came in looking for a suit. The selection was small, so the sales rep said he could order us something online. Ok, fine. Several signs around the store say they're in the midst of a "buy one, get one free sale". The sales rep says, "let me check on that to make sure that deal hasn't expired." He comes back and says that the deal ended yesterday. So when we clarify that no deals are currently going on, despite the signs clearly displayed in the store, he says, "right now, it's buy one, get one for $150." We leave and go up the street to the Oak Valley Dr. location (which has an enormous selection) and are informed that the buy one, get one free deal is currently going on. We got two suits from that location and a sour taste in our mouths about this location and the sales rep who blatantly lied to us.

I cannot beam about the sales rep more. My fiance and I went in to find a tux or suit for our wedding. We worked with Andrea. She was PHENOMENAL. We couldn't get to the store til 40 min before closing time, and she helped us get an entire wardrobe for our wedding day within our price range, and even stayed after 9 pm to help us find exactly what we needed. She fitted him and helped us with all accessories and even helped coordinate colors. I cannot speak more highly about this amazing sales rep. She made all the difference in our experience. If you go there and want to have a good serious shopping experience, Andrea will afford you the time and quality that you need.
