This will be the only Men's Warehouse store that will get a 5 star rating from me. The guys at the Oak Valley location were amazing and fixed a huge mistake made by two, that's right, two Rhode Island locations. The staff assisted us in trying to fix the mistakes made by the RI store and, because of the limited amount of time to make the fixes, they matched the stitching and color of the suit as closely as could be and gave our groomsmen a great discount. My husband's custom made suit looked fabulous on our wedding day. He had a very pleasant experience overall. I would only recommend this location to anyone in the surrounding area.

I'm in this store now and when I first came in one person barely said hi. Not ONE person has offered any assistance. Even when I walked up to the counter and flipped through cards. Horrible customer service! I'm looking at shirts, suits, pants, shoes and I have about $1000 to spend for the upcoming school year. Not one person has helped me. I won't be spending any of my money in here! Why do I have to give them 1 star?

Don't know what everyone else's problem with this place is.  I stopped in to buy a suit.  Someone immediately greeted me and began helping me out.  I had both fitted and they were tailored and ready when I picked them up the next day.  Staff was friendly, attentive, answered questions, and weren't too pushy trying to upsell me on their shirts, shoes, ties and other stuff.

I'd definitely recommend this place.

Do not use this place for your wedding tux rental! They made 6 significant mistakes, all of which were fixed after my own efforts. I'll save you the expense, but the last one was while I had a loaded car with my fiancee and step daughter driving to our wedding location and they handed me the wrong colored vest...

No idea what these other reviews are about. I've been in here 3 times and had above average service every time. Had a hiccup with my wedding order and they corrected it immediately.
