One woman who worked here was extremely rude to me and suggested that I rolled my eyes at her, when in fact I looked down at a notification on my phone. She threatened to call security for that reason. Everyone else who worked here was nice, but based on another review I can tell that this woman has been rude to others and this wasn't just a bad day for her.

Shopping for a tween can be murder. But after a quick call to the store I was informed while they don't get kid's sizes in most stores but they go all the way down to a 25 in men's jeans and have a few in store! !! I love the lady was so helpful adding the suggestion rather than just a yes/no answer. In fact after talking to numerous designer stores, they were the only one who suggested checking a 25 or 26 men's pants rather than a kids 12!... and for those who need it, the only ones I found who do the 25 rather than starting at a 26 We drove quite a way to get there. They were wonderful helping in store and I found out how they do their ordering, the cheapest way to do so and got set up. I never thought I'd be looking in men's for an 11yr old and the store in my experience can be pricy. But this is an excellent example of you get what you pay for. Amazing staff, great quality trendy clothes in a difficult size. Looks like my surprise they carry kids clothes just turned into a permanent shopping spot.

Extreamly pushy sales people. Rude comments were made to me as well. Said I was browsing for jeans and the girl suggested i try a pair on so I did but while in the dressing room she stood outside the door and threw in 5 more pairs and said try these I even though I told her I wasn't interested in them before...I've been in here 2x. Once about 5 years ago and one a week ago. Never again.

I love this store. The associates are very helpful. They know me there and also remember what my colors, shoe size and the styles I like. I stop here regularly and on days I don't have enough time to try the items, I just pick out my favorites for Lay-a-way and try for fit on pick up day. They usually only have 1 of each size .
