Carl in the men’s department is on point. Stopped in on a weekday early afternoon looking for men’s dress shirts. Carl sized me quickly and while I shopped he picked out several shirts in my size and style, one of which I wouldn’t have found myself. Very happy with the service today.

Lord & Taylor at every location is the best place to go for top-quality merch and stellar customer service. It's always been this way as long as I can remember, I hope it never changes from being such a welcoming place to do something important: shopping for classic quality!

There are two parts to this review: 1.) Hina provided us with great service! She tried really hard to assist us with our needs and helped us find the items we were looking for. Thank you for assisting us. Great service! 5 stars ***** 2.) Unfortunately I can not say that we experienced the same type of service from the manager Heather. Her service was unacceptable. It was as if she was bothered that she had to come over to us. Her attitude and poor customer service was appalling. The way she talked to the employee in front of us was unnecessary, if she felt that she needed to say anything to that employee she should have talked to them in private. Her disrespect to the employee and to us the customer was horrific! There was no excuse for her attitude. I have worked as a manager and in customer service for over 20 years, and I have never and would never treat anyone or talk to anyone like that. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I spent good money over $400 on my visit to the store the other day, I could have easily gone else where. The interaction with that manager left me disgusted, even days afterwards. I would not even give this manager 1 star. But I do have to say that I was impressed by the way the employee handled herself after being disrespected by this manager. That employee stayed friendly and showed respect to the manager, who definitely did not deserve it, and to us the customer.

I went to return some clothing I had purchase online, no problem there. I then decided to take advantage of the Clinque free gift offer with purchase. There was one salesperson working at the counter with another customer, when she finished with that customer, she explained that another customer was waiting at another beauty counter, and once she took care of them, she would return to help me. She never returned, so after waiting for about 10 minutes, another salesperson came over and asked if I needed help. As it turned out the item I wanted was not available, I don't believe the salesperson was at all familiar with the Clinque products, because instead of giving me any other options, it seemed she was not interested in making a sale. I decided to go to the Lancome counter. There was no one covering that area either. Poor customer service.
