Slow customer service that took roughly 20 minutes for a simple return of 1 item. Prior to that, a female employee ignored me for maybe 15-25 seconds before responding when I asked her "where are the non-online return sections located?" When I went to the aisle for blankets & bedding no one was there. Perhaps a lack of employees? Finally, the entire time I was there I didn't feel welcomed or serviced appropriately. Sometimes employee's will ask "if you need any help today" or "can I help you find something" however, during my visit I had none of that, just a few nasty looks like "what are you doing here" from employees.  Wouldn't step a foot in here again. 1/5

I normally get lost in the clutter of this store but recently it's been more organized. It's two floors of goodies and I love every bit of it. Sometimes I can't find an employee to help me but that's on a rare occasion.

Shopping for men's jeans and the area was a mess. Different sized jeans intermixed and thrown around. There was no one there putting order to the chaos. Prices were equal to other competitors.

I love this JCP store..the team memebers are courteous and professional. Shopping floor is neat and my experience there is always pleasant
