bought my mom a shirt there last week and it didn't fit we took it back today told the guy we needed the money back for diapers and wipes for my kids what does he do he puts it back on my card when we asked for cash and then he tells us oh it wouldn't b back on our card for 7 to 10 days that's not gonna work when we needed that money me and my fiance drop money in there a lot and we feel like the guy who helped us was very rude and didn't care so u guys just lost our business we will not b returning.

I had a jacket that the pockets tore open after a year of wear. I wear it casually and not every day. It was a cute green jacket and I miss it. So sad. They have some good people there who help me find the right fit in jeans. There are a few people who don't know what they are doing and will show me the wrong type of jeans for my body shape but that's to be expected and I understand. Otherwise I totally love this place and is my main clothing store for casual clothing.

I LOVE The Buckle! I have picky taste and the Buckle is just right for me. I do wish the prices weren't so high but not everything in their store is. I feel kind of like a celebrity with the treatment I get from the sales associates.

I shop at Buckle quite frequently and have even managed to get to know many of the store associates and DM in St. Louis. Move to Overland PARK and have very dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this location. I went in Friday with the intention of buying new boots and Rock Revival jeans and had them picked out but left empty handed.
No one acknowledged me and several associates just chose to look at me and kept walking.
Guess they did not notice my Freeborn boots, Rock Revival Jeans or BKE Red top I was wearing. Not to mention my daughter  wearing an Affliction Shirt and Miss Me jeans.
I will bypass this store and drive 4 hours to a Buckle store where I am a valued customer.

Came here to spend money on some new pants bke and shirts but I was in there for over 20 minutes and no one came up to me to ask me for assistance.  I like their clothes and am a big spender on clothes but customer service says it all.  I will go to another buckle who will acknowledge there customers.
