One stat for the cafe today. Took forever to get thru the line with little people in line. Managerment were all sitting at a table eating with little staff helping customers.

Want everyone to know that Beth Laches (Assistant Manager) Men's Shoes is one fine employee.  I have two different size feet a 13 and a 9 due to polio.  I'm most happy to have found out that Nordstrom's will fit both feet for the price of one pair of shoes. Beth took matching my feet with comfortable shoes very seriously, we went through many shoes and she kept up until I was pleased with my shoes and the comfort of their fit.
I don't shop a lot, but meeting Beth was a very satisfying experience and I will be going back.  Robert Burns
