I went in to get shoes for my diabetic 11 year old son who has been having foot pain and doctors told him no more basketball shoes.  The ladies working in there were so helpful and so nice.  The lady that helped us knew the products being sold and picked out which ones were best for my son.  Had him try them on and walk and run around,  play with a basketball,  all to make sure he was satisfied with the shoe. All in all it was the best experience we had getting shoes.  And trust me,  my son is no fun shoe shopping with.  I might as well had a girl.  He can't ever make up his mind.

Was sold shoes with two different sizes.. After realizing it, attempted to call to make sure the other size was not sold.  Phone was off the hook for two days straight.. operator states the line is busy.  UNACCEPTABLE!
