The manager here Melissa is so rude and unprofessional! I feel bad for the people who work with her .Thanks to Sam the girl who is to good for this store is the reason Melissa and I didn't have confrontation while in store! I had to bring a pair of their top of the line brand shorts back because on the backside pocket two of the designs had fallen off ! MY MAN spoke to her over the phone so she expected A MAN to bring them back she pointed that out twice who cares who brang them back first of all an why should we wait 3 to 7 days you didn't wait 3 to 7 days to get paid for them ! If you didn't have them here you should of called another location to find one in Stock and maybe be more helpful instead of walking around with a manager position when u clearly don't have the skills ! Big ups to Sam for begin professional and kind! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT IN THIS STORE! Doesn't even deserve 1 star ZERO is more like it and clearly by reading other reviews for this location I'm not the first ! WOW

Wife and I stopped into this Buckle while we were on vacation in Schaumburg. We were greeted at the entry, asked what we were looking for and the 2 sales reps introduced themselves to us and asked our names. Chandler and Dari were both incredibly helpful, finding us jeans, boots, shirts that fit us and were good looking options. I was very happy with the level of customer service and the quality of the clothing. I would definitely recommend this place. If anyone has an experience 1/2 as good as we did they would be pleased.

Horrible service, girls working there are very judgmental and bias. Walking in sweatpants and sneakers and pony tail doesn't mean that a person has no money and shouldnt be services in a proper way. There was only one girl that was very pleasant and helped me with what I asked her for. One of the ridiculous policies that I heard of, so I went to return 2 pairs of jeans for which I paid with cash. I was not able to return them because a store didn't make any cash since morning. I walked in at 6pm. I was offered getting my money back on a debit card or it would be mailed to me in a matter of the month. I drove to that place for an hour just to hear that I can't get my cash back that I wanted to use immediately in other store. The other 2 options were not suitable for me because money doesn't appear instantly on a debit card, same with check. Will never visit this store again.
