When I say terrible customer service, that's exactly what I mean!  Walked in and not one of the sales representatives bothered to great me, ask if I needed any help or anything. However, when the middle eastern couple walked in as I was leaving, they made sure to ask if they could assist. Will never walk in this store again. No wonder there are no other locations around.

The are very poor salespeople. They made a mistake with postings of a sale. When I called to take the deal they said it was a mistake and took it off line instead of saying we made a mistake but we will honor the posting   Then take it off. I would never shop at Bachrach again  I know there are stores that will appreciate the business and treat the customers the way they should be treated.

Good Lord!  I bought 2 shirts from them. Got home to find that BOTH had poor stiching/strings coming out etc..

i took both back. they did return them no problem.That is about the only good thing I could say.

i am wearing one of my replacement shirts right now. It too has seams falling apart. At this point i don't know where the receipt is. When I get home I'll re-inspect the other one.

for 2 $100 dollar shirts this is a joke. Will NEVER shop there again.
