If you read their return policy, it states that UK and U.S. returns are completely different from one another. You CAN return items to stores in the U.S. for an exchange of equal or lesser amount, that way YOU don't have to pay a difference. OR you could get store credit for the whole amount that YOU purchased the items for and shop for something different. Some advice, I wouldn't give a new store a 1-star review just because there wasn't clarification on your end of what needed to happen. Everyone should read return policies, and if you don't agree with them, then don't shop at that business.

Sadly, even though I love the brand, I have to give this store 1 star for the terrible customer service received. I made a big online purchase getting a bunch of sizes wrong. The website clearly states that any online order can be brought into a store for an exchange or a store credit. I called this store to make sure that was the case to avoid driving there for 40 minutes for no reason. I was confirmed I could return the clothes there for a store credit. I go to the store, now I'm told I can't get store credit but I can pick up clothes from the store and exchange them as long as the price is the same or higher. I do that, get to the counter and I still get denied for some reason that made no sense whatsoever. Had to drive back 40 minutes with my clothes and spent 30$ to ship them back to Superdry just to repurchase everything online again with the correct sizes.

The clothes are super comfy and stylish. Very unique clothing store with tons of variety.
