I'm a district manager for another location in the mall,  and Buckle has always been my go to place for shopping, personal contacts, and my personal favorite choice of clothing. Several years of being in the mall, I have never had an issue with a single employee. The evening of Black friday, I took one of my managers down to see the deals and was planning on buying an abundance of clothing as I usually do, and as I was explaining sales differences to my manager, the lady manager walked up and made a scene and disrespected me in front of everyone and asked me to leave. She said I was just taking up space in her store and she knew I wasn't going to purchase anything and I needed to leave. As a buckle card holder, I am personally ripping my card up and tossing it. I'm sure I will find a company that wants my business. I apologize to chris who is the store manager and my personal contact for that location. I hope he can find a better shift leader who will respect a long time returning customer. Terrible experience  and very embarrassed.
