Rented a tux for the prom for my son. We waited for about an hour to order and for him to be measured. Not complaining, just a fact. Was able to pick up a day earlier than promised, which was nice. Was a bit disappointed when we picked up. We paid for the tux, and my son tried it on. But there wasn't anyone available to make sure it fit properly and to assure we were satisfied, which was a bit disappointing. So, once you pay, don't expect any additional customer service.

I'd give more stars if they would ANSWER THE PHONE! I've yet to get someone to pick up and it's the 3rd time I've called. It's 11:14 am on a WEDNESDAY ... There is no way you're that busy in the middle of the week! Was going to buy a suit for my son to wear at my upcoming wedding and they just 110% LOST THE SALE. He's just gonna out grow it in a couple months anyway... Sorry. Guess you guys should work on picking up that phone when it rings, huh? AND FURTHERMORE! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would! I'm getting married in exactly 4 days! My Father went in to get his clothes for the wedding today because we're going out of town... and they can't find them! We finally get to the conclusion that they were all shipped to the Crystal Lake IL store, which is fine... EXCEPT my parents have never been up there and have no idea where it is... which is WHY WE WERE HAVING HIS THINGS SENT HERE TO ASHEVILLE!!!! The woman they dealt with (My panicked mom called me because we're all leaving tonight) just kept saying that it was shipped elsewhere.... well NO DUH LADY! We got that! BUT WHERE? When will it get there??? I had to call the one up North to make sure everything would be in by the morning. SO help me I will NEVER EVER deal with those people again! I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere unless you want the run around and the inconvenience of NEVER having a call answered because they are too busy doing lord knows what to answer the phone!

Good morning, I normally don't write reviews or contact customer service but I need some immediate assistance with my order and experience. I went into store #3229 a few times before ordering my suits for my wedding/honeymoon. At first my fiance' and I didn't know what I was going to wear since we were getting married in Port Canaveral, Florida on August 11, 2018. The staff was always willing to help show any promotions or show me any type of line or style. We finally decided to order on 2-18-2018. I purchased two complete suits: jacket, pants, vest, under shirt, and tie. One suit was for my wedding party and was told we could start a group as long as I paid for my order in full. That was not a problem. We did not take any clothing home that day due to having to order one of my suits and the suit for my wedding needs to be altered. A few days later I received an email saying shirts were 50% off. I logged into my account and saw it shows I never bought/ordered anything. So I called the store and spoke to jack (store manager) and he then says I didn't purchase the undershirts or the ties. Said he must have forgot to ring them in on the order. I didn't like that he didn't order them but he did try to make it right by still honoring the 3 for $99 special at the time I was buying them. Then a couple of my groomsmen have went to mens warehouse in other cities and can't find my group. I have contacted the store 3 times and I get told they lost my file due to a computer glitch. I leave my name and number and am told they will contact me the next day to make sure everything is set up right. I understand things happen but it seems as long as the store makes the sale after that its not a priority. Both my fiance' and I are extremely unhappy about sending my groomsmen to buy suits and they waste there time due to it not being in the system. Service was great, needed to be fitted for a friend's wedding. My only complaint is the stores temperature. Not sure if the AC is busted or what, but it was almost 76 in there. Absolutely unacceptable. Sweating just standing around is absurd. The employee I worked with even said it was too hot, but seemed resigned to it. If there were another MW in Asheville I would have immediately left and gone there.

I went to the local Men's Wearhouse in Asheville, North Carolina to rent a suit for my son's wedding. I was measured for the suit and tol I would receive an email telling me when to pick up my suit before the wedding. I was also told that I "might want to try on the suit" when I picked it up in case there were any "small issues." Unfortunately, I had to be out of town until the day of the wedding and I had my younger son pick up the suit for me. When I put the suit on for the wedding, everything fit great but the jacket; the arms were both two inches short. I had no choice but to wear the ridiculous jacket for the wedding pictures (after telling the photographer the situation and arranging to stand behind someone in all the photos) and then take the jacket off for the rest of the ceremony. When I took the suit back today, I asked to speak with the manager who told me that "they couldn't help me because I didn't pick the suit up myself and try it on in the store." I didn't ask for or want a refund and one wasn't offered. The moral of the story is this: instead of saying you "should" try on the tailored suit when it's picked up, they should say you HAVE to try on the suit when you pick it up, because they're not going to get it right the first time. My issue with the company isn't about money, I would have paid twice what they charged for a suit that actually fit. My issue is with the abysmal customer service and complete lack of competence and professionalism. I won't be going back to Men's Wearhouse and I can't and won't recommend the company to anyone who cares about their appearance. I definitely did not "love the way I looked," and their guarantee was worthless.
