Pulled in around 4 pm to get my muffler replaced. Had to pick my girlfriend up by 6. They started working on it at 4:30 and was done by 5:10. Very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. Chatted with Heather while I waited. Felt like we knew each other for years. Definitely my new shop of repairs.

I don't know with whom some of these other reviewers have interacted, but the man who has helped me twice now is friendly and cannot be mistaken for rude. My car's coolant was leaking and it needed a new radiator. I never felt pressured to get additional work done on my car (something that has happened elsewhere) and my car has not had further trouble with the coolant. When I discovered that my rear turn signal was not functioning, I went there again. When I came in, the man who had helped me before was pleasantly interacting with another customer. Afterward, he asked one of the people working to take a look at it for me. It turned out that a little bulb was burnt. The man who looked at it and replaced the bulb was also nice. Maybe they all had a chat about the these other reviews that mentioned rudeness? At any rate, the first man showed further kindness by telling me that I did not owe them for the replacement and that I should come back if my car has any other problems. I intend to do so.

Unable to assist me with what I needed but guided me exactly to where I needed to go and what I needed to tell the people that I was talking to. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without question

Ask for Jon! He's honest and helpful. If you ask him questions and he won't steer you wrong. Trust him,  I've followed him from shop to shop ❤

I came here for an Uber vehicle inspection.  While waiting for my turn, I observed that most of the other drivers were being told they need new wipers to pass inspection.   I found it remarkable that nearly every vehicle needed replacement wipers.

So,  results of my inspection...  the rear wiper needs replacement. No it doesn't, it's nearly new and works well.  They quoted $28 because it's a "special" size.  It's not special in any way.  It's readily available @ any auto parts store.
