STOP CALLING MY NUMBER! I DO NOT KNOW YOU PEOPLE! MY SISTER GAVE MY NUMBER TO YOU AS A REFERENCE. I AM FILING A BBB & CONSUMERS AFFAIRS HARRASSMENT COMPLAINT AS I TOLD YOU IGNORANT PEOPLE TO STOP CONTACTING ME! I AM A DISABLE VETERAN WITH PTSD AND YOU ARE STRESSING ME OUT WITH THESE DAILY CALLS!

They need to work on there cutomer service they dont know how to talk to there customers in a respectful understanding manner they can never keep proper help i had some medican emerganies and was a a little late on my payments only had a small about left and they wanted  to take legal action  they have mr Trinity Johnson  as there accounts manager at the moment and he is very disrespectful i wouldn ever recommend anyone  to this location or to work with Mr Johnson sorry.   Its just better ways to talk to people

I purchased a living room set, tv, washer, and dryer when they were at the other location. The staff there at the time were friendly and worked with you when you needed to be late or anything. Steve was the manager then until he left and went to HH Gregg. The people at this new location sucks and act like they're trying to hustle you. Stay away...

Renting furniture from here now ! There communication is definitely off , they disrespectful & they keep adding money on to my bill out of nowhere . Then it's been 2 months that they suppose to come get the furniture then nobody shows up to take the furniture but keep saying we gonna get legal work involved ! This furniture place is really horrible & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ! It's sad that they don't care about what goes on or what other bills people have to pay ! Went from $50 to $95 to $108 then $137 ! Then had to pay $156 to switch my couch ! Never again will I step a foot in this store !
