Been going here since they opened and have always been treated exceptional.  Great juice n selection of hardware and lowest prices in Roanoke.  They care about the customer and always willing to work with you.

Cloud 9 has the potential to be a great shop. The prices are competitive, and the selection is broad, however I've been disappointed with the quality of the products and the juice. The service has been a bit lack luster, several times feeling as though I were being ignored in favor of other customers. There is a lot of room for improvement, but it's still a decent shop for this area.

Awesome place! Best prices on juice & very friendly staff.. Not to mention the quarter machine im addicted to, pool tables & corn hole!

The owner's husband runs the shop. likes to pick fights with other shops in the area and get drama started. He likes to find out what other shops sell so he can get it and undercut them. Bad business practice if you ask me. They won't get another dime of my money.

Awesome staff, awesome prices, awesome inventory. They have a vast juice collection. So many choices. I will definitely be coming back. The mods  rda's/ rdta and subohm tanks they have in stock are the newest out and they have it price competitively enough that you don't need to really check around at other vape shops. I almost bet they will always have the newest stuff in stock. I only go to this vape shop in Roanoke.
