Outstanding folks to rent from.
Journey really went above and beyond for Sue and I, we were in a really tough spot after a major accident in Yellowstone National Park the last weekend it was open leaving us without a vehicle and thousands of miles from our home, we were working with our insurance company to secure a one way rental to get back home but for the short term we needed transportation locally until all was secured, we called Journey (at the suggestion of the auto body shop we were taken to) and explained our situation to them and without hesitation they provided us with much needed transportation at a very affordable rate and were very accommodating to our needs.
We can't say enough great things about this business and highly recommend Journey Rent-A-Car to anyone needing a good local rental vehicle. Thank you again for providing outstanding customer service with understanding and professionalism. ☺👍👍

They want a 500$ deposit even before rental of a vehicle. I don't recommend there service.

Could be better if they would answer their phones or return messages.  Bill changer and vacums often don't work.

Folks at Journey made renting a car extremely stress free.  Fast and easy service and good prices.  I'll return to them the next time I am in Bozeman.

The best car rental experience I've ever had. Tom, Talyor & Jake were extremely helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone, and were flexible when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. The cars were clean and updated, and the drop off and pickup at the airport were very convenient. Would very much recommend this company.
