If you are new to the place, its not easy to find the place in the hotel. You have to go inside the hotel and ask the receptionist and he/she will tell you where to go.

When I visited the entire system was down it seems, they could not complete my rental and I had to return with unaccepted document to find out that the date he put was wrong. I called with no answer.

Fast and easy.  I've been renting from Enterprise in Cherry Hill, NJ for years.  Enterprise always took forever and frequently didn't have the car I reserved. The Budget office at the Wyndham Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ was the best.  Super fast, very helpful, no wait, easiest drop off ever.
