I had a wonderful experience at the Enterprise Rent A Car in Cherry Hill. Such a kind man helped me get my van I needed for my weekend, I wish I could remember his name! He was great, went over everything and made the checkout and return process super easy. Thank you enterprise for making that part of my weekend seamless!

They gave away my reservation without even a courtesy call.  What's the point in making a reservation?   You had my credit card on file!!!!  I  ended up paying an additional 100$ on the only rental they had left...  very disappointed...

Hello,

I'm a frequent business Traveler and would like to commend the staff especially the manager at this location. I was provided with unbelievably fast service and given bend over backwards customer service. Out of the 10 or more Enterprise location I would rate the customer service 10 out of 10. Enterprise you should buy the entire staff lunch and commend them for their rate were and making out-of-town visitors feel at home.

My wife and I have consistently rented from Enterprise now that we're retired and have time for personal travel - even more now that we have a new grandson to visit. Among those rentals, this is the second time that we have rented from an off-airport Enterprise location. Again, we have had a great experience. The pickup and drop-off service is invaluable (be sure to call ahead to reserve a pickup). Cars are new, clean and well-maintained. Best of all, you can't beat the rates. We reserve through Costco so we get an even better deal.  The Cherry Hill location met all our expectations. We will definitely be renting there again when we visit our new grandson.

Overall I always have good experience with Enterprise and same was the case with Enterprise at Haddonfield as well. They were professionals and quick. Only one thing this time annoyed me that remote of thecar was broken. On/off buttons were not working.
