Staff are incompetent and not well trained.  Some employees are not knowledgeable and some employees know more than the manager.  It's not good.   I specifically said I don't want a car with auto stop (feature where the car engines turns off at every stop sign and red light and has a rough restart - completely absurd feature - mostly found on cheap American cars like the crappy Chevy Malibu - awful car).  So after saying I do not want that, or I need a car that it can be turned off, I get a car where it's currently turned on and call to find out that on the Chevy Malibu it actually can't be turned off.  Argh.  Ridiculous.  The manager mistakenly told me in the past that it can be turned off on all vehicles.  What an idiot.  Then today the woman who worked with me didn't know it was turned on.  Come on people!  You deal with cars, learn something about them!   I was able to go back and turn in the crappy Malibu for a better car.  A car I should have been given initially and would have if I hadn't been assisted by a woman unfamiliar with the Malibu.  Very frustrating situation, had to rush back to the dealership minutes before they closed in order to change cars for my car trip.   I don't think I would rent from this location.  They need better training.

There was confusion on their end which branch my rental would be. I was getting repair work at a location that had an enterprise but they scheduled my pick up for another location. Only one staff member here  and extremely busy in the morning. Upgraded my car for the inconvenience.
I dropped my rating by one star because these vehicle need an ezpass attachment. Its hard to remember to hold it up each time I go through a toll when I am used to just going through.How hard is it to add the attachment? Most people I know use ezpass so this shouldn't be an issue .Whats worse is they charge you the fine plus a ridiculous fee.

Enterprise has been a leader in my successful travel  plans and needs. Great across the board. Service, rates, personnel.
