In May I rented through insurance a car for a month.  In January I rented a car for a week.  I extended the car for another week.  Tuesday of that week I had a doctor's appointment at 10a.m. (one that I waited 6 weeks for) .  At 9:00 I put the car in reverse to get out of the driveway and the car would not move.  It was a very cold morning.   I had the gas pedal all the way to the floor - no results.  I called the company in Marlton to ask for a car so I could get to the doctor's.  They were unable to help me because you can't another car until the first car has been "diagnosed".   I was unable to stay with the car because of my appointment so I left the keys in the car.  I returned to the Enterprise to see about a car I could use.  The car I was using was towed away.  I believe the company found nothing wrong with the car and I'm wondering why they even towed it away.    I left my handicap sign, easy pass and house key in the car.  I couldn't get another car until the report from the towing company came in. .  I have called several times, stopped in to Enterprise to get my house key with no success.  I called and left a message for the manager asking where the company is in Philadelphia that has the car -  I want to stop in to get my belongings.   I still have not heart from Enterprise.  How can I get my belongings?    I am now a Hertz customer!  The star I gave the company is for the past services in May.

The employees were wonderful so helpful all they want to do is make you happy. Eric and Mike are the best  this is my second time renting and they gave me two cars that were great.

Great customer service. Very friendly and honest. Great quality cars to choose from. I would deff go back!

Great location with extremely friendly staff... Only issue was how bad the interior of the rental smelled. It was like someone had been smoking in it for the past year.
