I have an extremly ill great aunt in Mt. Laurel and I have to travel from Maine to see her. It’s easier and cheaper to rent and drive than fly. Brandon and Trey were OUTSTANDING! They were so kind and did everything they could  to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. These were two of the most professional and understanding men I’ve ever had the the privilege and pleasure of working with within Enterprise. Amazing branch with amazing people. Thank you!

I was in and out with a very nice car in less than 10 minutes. It might have been nice if they went over some of the features in the car. The probably assumed that I'm a young, tech savvy guy, which I am. I would imagine that with older customers they go through all that. In any case, very good experience.

Branch Manager of this tiny cube of a location is a total dick.  I accidently made my reservation a day early and had to change it which I did.  Then I got a second rude call a few hours later asking why I wasn’t there and had to explain him I had already spoke to someone and do I still have it for tomorrow.  The next day the trip got snowed out so we had to move it back another day.  For some reason, this made Brian (I think it his name was) angry and hung up on me when I asked to move it back one more day, he was clearly annoyed with me, very unproffessional I can’t believe someone put him in management!!  Trey was very pleasant and helpful, however I rented the car for a long drive, paid for sirius radio, called right away they said they forgot and would put it on a few minutes, NEVER got it, hours in the car with no radio that I paid extra for.  Lastly,  take a picture of how much gas you leave in the car unless you want to be charged for extra gas!!
Never using this location again!! There’s plenty nearby.  I thought I irritated him personally with all the extra bs but now seeing other reviews it’s not just me!

After returning the car, they claimed I damaged a part which I did not. The part is $50-70 and a 10 minute install. I was ready to pay for it, but they are trying to get me to pay $500 and also go through my insurance. They also had vehicles on my receipt which I did not even rent. These people are a fraud and scam. I am reporting them to BBB.
