If I could I would give this Budget location negative stars. I had the worst experience and would highly recommend anyone look elsewhere when seeking a rental. I received a much lower quote when I booked online, then when all was said and done and they have your credit card on file, BEWARE, they will charge all kinds of additional charges to your card and good luck getting anyone to assist with a resolution!! I tried multiple times over the phone and went in person and all you get is the run-around that the Manager will need to get in touch with you because only the Manager can address those issues. After many attempts, the Manager never even tried to get in touch with me. Well, let me tell you, as I am an owner of a logistics company and utilize commercial rentals frequently, this company will never get my business. To bad for them because I manage a large portion of the low desert. I would give this Budget location negative 10 stars!! Go elsewhere with your business and save yourself the headache!!

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Returning a rented truck was the worst experience I have ever had. My wife and I went to drop off the auto trailer early since we did not have anywhere safe to put it while we unloaded the truck. The man that greeted us said he can't do it, he is too busy because it is a Saturday. Then in the same breath he told my wife "To just leave it somewhere". My wife said we don't want it to get stolen and he gave us a not my problem look. Then he told us "Well I don't know how you are going to get out of here". I was driving a 24' truck with a auto trailer with my car loading on it. This budget rental location does not have an easy way out of the lot, you have to turn around and go out the way you come in. I spent a half hour trying to turn the truck around to leave. There were cars and other trucks in my way, the rental agent (possibly the manager) didn't offer to help move those trucks to get them out of my way. I finally got free and we left. We had movers waiting to help us unload and we showed up late because of Budget. While we were driving from Billings to Palm Desert, I noticed the truck wasn't topping off correctly. After a few times I called customer support and set up to have them send out a mechanic to check it out. We met the mechanic is St George, Utah. The fuel gauge was not reporting the correct amount of fuel. Luckily it reported we had less gas then we actually did. Rather than wait 3 days for a part we decided to watch and manage our fuel situation. When we went to return the truck and auto trailer we filled up with fuel. We told the woman checking us in that we called customer support and had a mechanic out for a fuel reporting issue. We explicitly told her multiple times that the truck reported less fuel than was actually in there. We even gave her our receipt from the gas station showing how much fuel we put into the truck. About 4 hours later I got a call from the same lady saying her manager wants us to pick the truck back up and fill it. I was livid, I had to tell her AGAIN to contact customer service, there is something wrong with the truck, I am not coming back to fill it up again. I immediately called customer service to make sure if they did charge us for fuel it would be refunded. The rep said we should wait a day and call back, at that point he can refund any fuel charge along with a small amount for our frustration. DO NOT RENT A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION, you will save yourself multiple headaches.

This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Due to some employee Brianna or Bridgette or whatever's mistake my card keeps getting charged for fees my warranty company should be paying. First off, She ran my credit card when she said she wouldn't. I specifically asked her if this was what she was doing and she said NO that she needed the information on file in lieu of a deposit and that the only way to avoid having to put the 200 deposit was to give them my credit card info. Well my credit card didn't have enough available so it wouldn't go through if she ran it and she looks a me hands it to me and says I need to use a different card. I don't know how their system works so I Just thought they could tell I didn't have much left on my card or that it wasn't enough to meet whatever their criteria is. Idk I didn't think too much of it. I found out through an alert later that evening that she had in fact attempted to run my card for 200. Unaware of what she had just done, She then said she needed my bank card on file and would take a 200 deposit from my bank. so I gave her my card not realizing she charged it, for the full amount of the rental instead of the deposit. before anyyy of this She spoke to my warranty company CNA who has a national contract with Budget, got their information and STILL charged me for the rental. As far as Im aware the rental fee isn't suPposed to be charged until the car is returned. Yet I was still charged the day of. When I called to dispute it she was very angry and had a nasty attitude and hung up on me after yelling at me! It's her mistake I'm paying for LITERALLY I think I'm the only one who has a right to be upset in this situation. To make matters worse I still have the car and needed to extend the rental by one day so I called and wen to through the automated system and because they behave my card on file they charged me again even though the rental car fee isn't supposed to be charged until the day I return the vehicle I'm so SICK of this company and their rude employees go ANYWHERE else. FYI Avis and budget on hovley are the same company workers there so don't go there either. I've spent countless hours on the phone with budget enplyees and my bank to the point my bank had to block them from charging m card again. I received no help they literally told me I needed to have my warranty company pay me back. Are you kidding me? I've stressed more over their access to my bank account than I have my car that's costing me 1700 to fix. Avoid this company like the plague.
