I rented a car here the car was given to me totally dirty couldn't even see out the front windows that is ridiculous and I didn't get a discount either well then I didn't ask for a discount but anyway other than that the service was great I got a really nice car that I enjoyed except for the seat on that car I was totally painful because you couldn't lay the seat-back it was terrible anyway other than that everything was fine

Worst experience of my LIFE on 4/20/17  INDIO HERTZ. I've NEVER EXPERIENCED RACISM TILL I WENT TO INDIO HERTZ!!  The supervisor named Bill was very unfriendly and rude. Ignored us hoping we'd leave then didn't want to rent us anything, said he had nothing when he did. Didn't even look at us then another couple came in after us and he was the nicest sales man in the world. Telling them he had cars and offering discounts, throwing discounts at them. Even upgraded them. Right in front of us!!
