Misleading customer service. I was going through a claim w/ my insurance and I had spoken to a representative before hand to confirm the rental and when i arrived all they had was one huge pick up truck. I was left with no choice and i had to quickly return to work. I was then told by several enterprise reps that they could switch me out no problem. However, every time i would try i got the run around.  I was told there were no cars available, or go back to the location you picked it up, or pay a difference for another car. I wasted a significant amount of time driving to different locations, waiting patiently on hold or for a call back and got nothing resolved. I called this specific location and spoke to Chris, a manager, who said they would call me after 12 on a Saturday, come to find out that's the time they close. The worst experience ever. I find the truck difficult to drive and not easy to get in and out off.  I just needed something a little more practical and no one seemed to want to accommodate me.

I have rented from this location many times. At this particular location I have always been pleased with great performing vehicles and didn't ever have  any hassles or problems. There prices are a little but higher than their competitors but I appreciate the transportation to and from the rental office it makes life much easier with todays busy schedules. So quality and customer,service deserves a 5 but corporates pricing for return customers gets a 1. That's why my rating is a only a 3. Thank you Palm Desert Oasis team.

excellent job by the entire staff at enterprise on varner road in palm desert.  Chris is especially helpful.  great neighborhood atmosphere and service. five star!

Great customer service by kennth and Alonso. I was have a troublesome situation with an insurance company and tryin to get them to pay for my rental. i was forkin out a couple hundred $ the rental but any chance they could to help me out they did. I am really appericative for customer service reps like them. Thanx guys. 👍👍👍👍

PLEASE RENT A CAR FROM SOME PLACE. I Had a reservation for 11am in December 28th. I arrived at 1030. Gave my name to the gentleman or a—hole behind the counter and he quickly said they didn’t have the pick up truck I reserved. I said not a big deal what do you have. He said nothing. I said that can’t be possible. I RESERVED a car. He said well technically your reservation is for 25 minutes so we have time. I said do you expect a car here in the next 25 minutes. He said probably not maybe by 4pm but couldn’t make a promise. I asked if would call around to other locations. He said they were in the same boat. (Which was a lie keep reading)  so my wife and I left (thank god we live local and we’re just renting to drive to Vegas. I can’t imagine if I would have flown in and been in Palm desert with a car) obviously we were upset so we called the 800 number they said they DID HAVE CARS but they were st the airport and significantly. More ($250 more on a week) I assumed the would either give it to us at the price I booked or even cheaper. I was wrong. They did nothing. I ended driving my own car to Vegas. So I contact customer service when I get home 7 times. By email and telephone. They kept saying the branch manager would call. Never called!!!!! Now two weeks later the supervisor on the phone said the regional manager would call me immediately. She emailed him urgent. It’s been 36 hours. Nothing!!! This entire story is not fabricated it is not opinion. Besides the guy being rude and my calls not be returned I don’t take this personal. This appears to be business as usual and I say that because another gentleman that got to the place before me was also waiting cause they didn’t have his car. Nothing about this experience was positive. If I am able to prevent this happening to even one person I will feel good.
