The experience was good. The car we rented had a check engine light when we were at Joshua Tree Nation Park. We called the Indio office and office manager (Carlos) worked with us to minimize and disrupt to our trip. 

When we got back to Indio Carlos upgraded the car at the same rate for any inconvenience.

Due to car accident and plan to take my car
to a body shop. I call my insurance company 
and requested to provide me a car rental,
I was told by my insurance company that I can get 
any car I want and they will cover $30/day.
I made my car rental reservation thru Enterprisse website and got a better rate. 
Upon arriving at the car rental in Indio to
pick  up the car. I was surprised that the rate I got from their website is not accepted. I was told 
that they have a contracted rate with my Insurance company. I was not aware of the contracted rate. Few months ago I was in the same situation and no problem. During the process of providing me the rental the asst. manager is very argumentative and treaten  me
to cancel my reservation and direct me to their 
Competitor next door/Herz . If I’m the
Owner of this business I will reprehend  these employees,They need  to get a proper training 
In customer service and building customer loyalty and not giving away business to competitor.I told the branch manager that I will
share my experience to their corporate office
and he said in a rude way, I can provide you
With their number. I rented the car due to necessity that day ,but only keep the car for
two days. The company loss my two weeks or more 
rental revenue due to a few dollar difference
and a loyal customer.. Avoid the Indio location.
The branch manager Todd Anderson and
the assistant Carlos De La Torre are not friendly. Not only that ,they give me a car that is

They picked me up promptly, answered all of my questions, gave me a gorgeous car, and showed me how to run it. Very helpful and friendly.
