This hotel hertz has the worst customer service and very over priced rude and not helpful at all will never go back

We booked a car in advance and we showed up at our time of appointment and no cars available. We were told they are getting a shipment of cars from the airport but he had no eta. We planned our day around this car and now we are wasting our time.

We reserved a car 2 days in advance to be picked up at 9:00am. When we arrived at 9, we were told they did not have the vehicle we reserved and that we would get an "upgrade".  However, our "upgraded" vehicle was not ready as it had not been cleaned.  We accepted the vehicle without being cleaned and still did not receive it until over an hour after our reservation. Customer service was kind but incompetent. We will not use hertz again.
