I have rented from Budget at Sears at Desoto Mall on multiple occasions over the past couple years and I have never been disappointed. Joe and Rick are extremely friendly and helpful. Their customer service is truly top notch. They are efficient and respectful of your time when processing your reservation. This is only place I use when renting a vehicle in town. A big thanks and "great job" to Joe and  his team.

I have rented from Budget at Sears at Desota Mall approximately 5 times. I have never been disappointed. They are really nice and efficient. I have returned autos in different cities at Sears locations, never a hassle or problem. It is much easier then having to go to the airport to rent. Thanks to all the customer service people at Budget. Even when I had to cancel due to a family illness, I was refunded my money. Thanks Budget for good customer care.

Have used Budget many times w/out an issue. Rented a truck with UNLIMITED MILEAGE but  received an unauthorized charge on my charge card from a place I was not at for mileage. Disputed this with  Joe and corp. office with negative results.  Sorry to say, I will never rent with these ppl again.

Jim and Joe went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we needed for each segment of our vacation at a very reasonable price! I am definitely a repeat customer.

Joe is such a great guy to work with.  Even though the hours at this location aren't as convenient as at the airport, I rent from this location all because of Joe and his top notch customer service.
