My experience with enterprise has been great. The staff was courteous, and friendly. The cars were clean and in excellent condition. Everyone was awesome down to the courtesy pick up driver. I will continue doing business with enterprise in the future. Thanks enterprise!!

I had to get a rental vehicle due to have body work done on my vehicle.  Enterprise had a vehicle at the shop for me, but the tags were expired.  The associate was very helpful.  There was another one there, but it was dirty.  The associate did not want me to drive in a dirty vehicle.  The associate drove me to the rental location to pick up another vehicle.  The associate upgraded my rental for the same price.  The associate was were professional, facility very clean.  I would recommend Enterprise and this facility for your car rental needs.

I have been renting long-term (2-3 months at a time) for the past few years and also other times for shorter periods. I am an Enterprise Plus member. I was unhappy with this rental (full size car) because there is no back-up screen. Mentioned this to agent and she said she would watch out for one and call me when she got one. A few weeks went by and I stopped in again to check the status. Her reply was "they go out as soon as they come in." Well, why can't one go out to me? Another month has gone by and I have not heard a thing.  This will certainly reconsider who I rent from next Winter. I winter in Bradenton, Fl.

Bad very bad....if you ordered a car it Might. Might be there. No cars on site. Dealers sends them over .waited an hour. Then asked is it one the way. He said you were talking to her. ... Ask her.   .. Finally he admitted it might be 2 more hours.  Worst place i ever went to. Many in line before the phone rings. . but they keep answered the phone. Go to 1st st/ they have cars suvs. And try to go fast. This place just don't care. Never ever go here!!!!!!!!!
Remember. They have no cars. .here

Great experience from beginning to end.  My family of 5 ( including 3 girls under 12) rented a large SUV for a road trip from FL to GA, about 8 hours.  We were provided a 2015 Chevy Suburban.  The service of the staff and the SUV itself was amazing.  The SUV was perfect for our trip and provided all the room we needed.  For the return, all we needed to do was make sure it had a 1/2 tank of gas.  The pick up and return of the vehicle was as smooth as it could get.  I would recommend friends to use Enterprise, as we will do so again in the future.  Amazing service.
