Rudest miserable woman at the front desk... Location online is different than where they are located... when I tried to make her aware of the discrepancy she brushed me off like common soil . Thought originally maybe she had a bad day... dropped car off 3 days later... nope... same rude miserable attitude... Stated to explain where I left car because no signs or dedicated area at dealership... by the time I said "I park the" Instantly cut off as I watched the back of her head leave while I was in mid sentence she said "yup" and left... Great face of the company guys... NOT!!!

Their online site did not provide full disclosure. Very inconvenient. Poor lady at the counter was even embarrassed.

After renting a vehicle for the weekend we returned the vehicle on time. Here it is one year later, and they won’t rent to me because they said the vehicle was smoked in.. The vehicle was never smoked in by me or anyone that was with me. What a joke. It’s just funny to me that nothing was ever said to me about this one year ago.
