I would give a negative rating if possible. This was the worst rental experience we've ever experienced. The car broke down within a day. We waited 3 hours for the roadside assistance, who never showed up. The car broke down again in the middle of the road while we were driving and it took an entire day to get towed and another car replaced. The new car has the change oil light on. No reimbursement offered whatsoever. We were given the runaround, talking with customer service for hours over a 6 day period, all to no avail.  We will NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN! We recommend all to stay away!

More than 5+ staff and 4 customers at the time no how may I help you or anything. Nobody offered to help and they were all just standing around as if they were all busy . 30 minutes sitting there WALKED OUT!!

Made a reservation thru my insurance and they did not have the vehicle I was expecting and gave me a small car (nissan note) with 4 cylinder engine. I told them I do not feel safe putting my kids in the back of that car and they do not care or did anything to fix this problem

My vehicle was taken to the Cox Chevrolet body center to get body work done. Geico set me up with a rental with the Enterprise on site. Marley went above and beyond to help me out! She set me up with a similar vehicle I had and made the price fit what Geico covered. She really helped out and made a not so good experience turn out to be pretty awesome! Will definitely go back to Enterprise when a rental is needed. THANKS MARLEY!!

Rented with Enterprise multiple times in my life. This location is ridiculously slow and inefficient. It should never take an hour to rent a car. And they make no apologies for their ineptness.
