I called Budget after Enterprise Rentals in Rio Rancho competely blew my reservation for a car. I needed it for work. I called and spoke to Robert. Robert said he had a car available and I was able to pick it up right away. When I got to Budget, Robert was professional and extremely helpful. I had to extend the rental and I had no issues at all. 

When I dropped off the vehicle, I was in and out in minutes. The young man that was behind the counter was professional and courteous. 

I got a new Ford Focus that I loved. It was clean and had no problems at all.

The best experience I've ever had renting a car and I will rent here from now on!!!

I recently rented from this location and the staff was terrific and gave me a free upgrade without my requesting it. The car was clean and ready to go and made my trip that much nicer. The open hours were convenient too. Not as limited as some I have rented from in the past. Based upon my experience I would definitely recommend Budget and this location! LoReeta Baker

I called ahead to get info I needed. I waited on hold for 13 min..then Miquel answered the phone. He was EXTREMELY rude. He kept mumbling his words and when I apologized that I couldn't understand him, he got super rude. I not only did I not rent from Budget, I didn't even get all of my questions answered. Will definitely try a different company.

Brought in a car after the rear-view mirror came loose. The owner quckly solved my problem and sent me on my way with the very same style of car I came in with. Very friendly and helpful!
