Had previously requested  a Camry but was given a Nissan Altima. Car was dirty inside and outside. I had to clean windows inside and out. She tried to charge over $400 on my credit card which I had to correct her that it was only $100. I did have to call Hertz to remind them to pick me up at body shop at 8:15am, which I previously made arrangements with Hertz to pick me up. On a good note, the Lift driver was efficient in picking me up within 15 minutes of expected time frame.

It was a great experience from the beginning! It was pouring rain and the employee went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle. Alex was helpful and explained everything. I would definitely go again.

Great experience with Hertz. Definitely give them a try before judging based on reviews. Customer service was great. Received a clean washed car, smelled like new. No complaints here.

I was pretty concerned to rent a car here given the previous reviews, but I had a fantastic experience here. The car was ready a few hours before I had reserved to pick it up, and drop off was less than 30 minutes. Great experience overall, would rent from here again.

Worst experience ever with a car rental place. I was scheduled to be there for pick up at 8am. No one was in the office and I signed their clipboard so that when they do open I could be called back. 30 mins went by and nothing. Got up to see if the office was open and it was. The girl just was in there waiting. Never called me back. Got the rental and it was dirty inside and out. Seats had stains on them. Possible throw up. Smelled funky. Car still had bugs all over it and dirt. I will never rent through them again.
