The enterprise at 5000-B San Mateo  Albuquerque  was horrible. To say the least!! let me start by saying   there are other locations. Bypass this one and save yourself the drama..I have had two really bad  experience with  the staff at this location. Unprofessional 100%, rude, price gouging. would not give me a straight answer in regards to a price  .& when I  did  get a price it would change by the time I was being rung up.i don't have time for dishonesty. And games. Never again with this location....

Service at Enterprise location on San Mateo, ABQ,NM, was above expectations.  The manager and staff went the extra mile to ensure I got into the right car for my travels, and the car itself performed admirably without any failures whatsoever.  It was a pleasure to drive.  Thanks Enterprise.

I had a reservation set online one week ahead of time and they never set it up for me. They didn't show up to pick me up, and when called they claim they didn't have anything for my until end of month(I was supposed to get car on 5th). Spoke to manager and he sent me to another  Enterprise without a care. I got the wrong car and I lost time at work thanks to them.
