Friendly staff, fast service. I'm sure they're not the best price, but the location was convenient.

The staffs in this location were very nice, but the manager was HORRIBLE!!! 

I rented a car from Budget and accidentally had a minor damage on the front dumper. (On the Camry's front bumper, there was a opening; I broke the lower bar of the opening when I parked and scratched the sidewalk. That was it.)

The manager charged $500 to my credit card on the spot, and promised to give me the estimate report. I called several times to ask for the report. "THREE" months later, I called again. My intention was not to get away from the charge. I just wanted the DAMN estimate report. But the manager threatened to sue me. After I filed a complaint to BBB, he finally got back to me. $700 for a very minor bumper damage!! 

It was my first time that someone threatened to sue me. This was how Alhambra Budget treated their customers.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life!!
