Enterprise is quick to close out your account once you return the car. My card was charged before even speaking with me. I received a voicemail saying it was charged and they never informed me of the amount. They ended up over charging me by $250. Mike the local manager was able to credit back my account but it would have been nice to give my authorization before charging my card.

I was hesitant to rent a car from Enterprise cause of the reviews I've read on Yelp and Google, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. The process is fast and easy. I reserved a car online so when I got there I only had to wait in line for a bit then they ran my card and waited for a bit while they pull up the car for me. I got a really new car which was clean. They also clean their cars right after you return them so it's not all gross for the next person. I tried another car rental service and I was disappointed. I'd definitely come back to Enterprise!

I love this Enterpise Rental location!!! I receive outstanding service every time I rent a vehicle. I have been a frequent renter as well as a Enterprise Plus member for approximately two years. This location has the friendliest and professional staff around! I can trust the staff to provide and ensure that I'll drive a great car that's suitable for my needs and reasonably priced! Extra special thanks to: Adam Deleon and Kevin! You're the best!!! A special thanks to all of the staff for magnificent team work!

It is very hit or miss here.  When busy (weekends, Mondays) expect to wait a LONG time.  On returns, make sure you get everything out of your car else you won't get it back (as I unfortunately found out with a pair of initialized Tiffany cuff-links that I called on 2 hours after dropping off the car).  Their lot is too small to process the volume they have.  Last rental I had to take a dirty, engine-light on Jeep as that was the only one they could get out due to the Monday AM flood of returns.  Still price is right when done via Costco & if you can do your rental mid-week it is great.

Rented a car in may 2017 I just wanted to say that Harrison was very nice and very professional !!! He mad sure I was taken care of..  Enterprise is lucky to have him work there.
