I was significantly overcharged by them.  We asked when we made the reservation if all the insurance was included in the price that they showed us and was told yes, then when I looked at the charge to my credit card it was over $120 more than what I was quoted, including taxes.  After two calls to their customer service line, after some difficulty getting the information, I was eventually told that they added 4 various insurance charges that I never agreed to.  Now I wonder if the person at the desk lied to me when I made the reservation, in order to get more commission.  They also billed me an extra $16 for gas, even though I returned the car on a full tank.  

VERY SHADY and dishonest about how they conduct their business.  Look up this company on Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau right now - they rate very poorly with customers, and many others have reported similar experiences like mine where they were overcharged for no reason.  Sounds like this is just normal business practice for them.  

It's a very convenient location, especially if you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, but I would recommend finding a different company to rent a car from.  If you have to go with them, ask them to explain all of the charges and insurance so that you don't get any surprises- but still fully prepare yourself for mystery charges later.

It's nearly impossible to find (no signs at all), it closes at 5pm sharp but no one tells you in advance that you can't return the car after 5pm.
People working there are terrible.

Picked up a car here on the weekend for some sightseeing. The guy that checked me in had everything ready to go, and remembered me when I came back. Easiest car rental I've ever had.

To start, the agent was 15minutes late, which after the plausible excuse, was fine. I was first in line, ran through paperwork, paid, and waited 15minutes for other people to be processed. Driven to offsite (multistorey) to collect car, was given exact make/model as orignally ordered but certainly not downgraded. Never driven in USA or even a left hand car so a quick appraisal of the vehicle would have been helpful, alongwith the satnav instructions. However, apart from that, everything was fine. Vehicle cleanliness was great, and certainly good value for money.
