Very easy! We were staying at the Hilton across the street.  Nice, brand new, fuel efficient car was lent to us. They even knocked an additional discount off for bringing it back within a certain time period.  Very pleased:)

The car (2016 Toyota Corolla) was mechanically sound but rundown on the interior. Driver's floor mat was ripped, no passenger side mat, seats were stained and soiled. This vehicle was not up to Enterprise's standards -- it was more like "Rent-A-Wreck."

The customer service reps at this location were very nice, helpful, super polite and professional. The only negative was that I wasn't able to actually get my rental because the lady on the phone who reserved my car that day did not tell me that this location does not accept debit cards!

Could not be happier with the service and the car we picked up and returned to the Ellis St location in San Francisco. The morning we were due to pick up the rental car, we called the office to delay our pick-up from the hotel. In spite of the short notice, our request was met in a very courteous and friendly manner. Similarly, I failed to notice the earlier closing hours on Saturday and the office was closed upon our return.  Again, I was helped out by one of your wonderful staff members at the luxury car rental office in the same location who let us return the car and issued a receipt for the return of the car.  The rest of the paperwork was sorted out on Sunday and emailed to us. Outstanding service!

Customer service was great during pickup and drop off. They don't offer a pick up service at this location, but credited my Uber ride there to my rental. Cheaper to rent here than from the airport, and the Bart station is just 2 blocks away.
